Our Story

Wellspring Nurse Source started back in 2014 when Kelly Court, a highly respected RN with years of ER, Trauma, Case Management, and Senior Management experience saw a need within the healthcare travel community. She partnered with Melissa Peirce, a seasoned staffing executive, to found a staffing agency that would actually support and care for the caregivers. They wanted clinicians to feel like they were more than a number and a paycheck. In a nutshell, they wanted to really care for those that care while helping them find their dream assignments at top medical facilities across the US.

That was almost 10 years ago now, and although Wellspring Nurse Source has grown, we still provide that individual support and care to each and every travel clinician that chooses Wellspring.
