Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a variety of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension.

• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, EKGs, and cardiac catheterizations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle modifications, medications, and interventional procedures as appropriate.

• Collaborate with surgeons, primary care providers, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide preventive cardiology services, including risk assessment and management for conditions like hyperlipidemia and obesity.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, treatment options, and ongoing management strategies.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and professional development activities.

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

n

• Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiology.

n

• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.

n

• Valid medical license to practice in [state/location].

• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating a broad range of cardiovascular conditions.
