Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients in a clinical setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, document progress, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.

Schedule

This position involves a rotation with every other weekend off, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
