Phlebotomy Technician 40hrs. Days *** Shift:
40hrs. Days Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm.Location/Unit

Description: Maintain established department policies
and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infection control
standards. Process a variety of specimens in accordance to established
protocols. Data entry into both the hospital and laboratory information
systems. Monitor requests for laboratory testing that have not been processed
through the laboratory information system. Perform quality assurance checks on
outpatient requisitions to ensure the correctness of data entry. Rotation
Requirements: Rotate onto weekends and holidays as needed.EMR
(Charting System): EPIC.Patient
Population: Adult and adolescent medical patients.Education
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Years
of Experience: 1 to 2 years of Phlebotomy experience.Required
Credentials: Active MA Phlebotomist License, Valid MA
Driver’s License. Certification in Phlebotomy from an accredited institution.Other:
Reliable Transportation.
