Work on a team of RNs, LNAs, APRN and Social Worker to provide care to patients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other mental health issues. Will base practice on identified principles and standards of care. Experience in geriatrics and/or behavioral health preferred as Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to patient assessment, medical administration, treatment planning, and participation in quality improvement activities.

Applicants must have valid NH RN license as well as current BLS certification.
